We offer a 30 day return policy on almost every product we offer.
We will be happy to credit you for returns if they are shipped back to us with all of the appropriate pieces in unused, like-new condition. We cannot credit you for items once they have been installed. We cannot credit you for custom-made or special-order items or items that have been cut, stained or painted.
A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
To start the return process, contact us and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit.
